I am Julia Caivano, Manager of the Trinity Point Design Studio. I have had the privilege of working with the Greenpark Group of Companies for more than 20 years. It has been incredibly rewarding to see so many communities come together from start to finish.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed many changes in décor styles, colours, tastes and trends, while working closely with hundreds of our homeowners to create beautiful spaces. After purchasing your new home, we will begin the exciting journey of personalizing your new space and bringing your vision to life.

Our goal at the Design Studio is to educate, guide and support you through each phase of the selection process with care and expertise. You will gain a clear understanding of your layout and how all of your important selections and decisions come together in creating your new home.

One of our experienced Design Studio Consultants will contact you to schedule your personalized appointment, where you will have the opportunity to explore our display features and sample boards to view, touch and feel. Whatever your preference or style, traditional to contemporary, we look forward to working with you and helping you transform your new house or suite into a place you are proud to call home.
