Additionally, the Canadian Moments Mural is just 5 minutes from River Ridge that highlights Canada’s history and development. The Aurora Cultural Centre , also nearby, is located in a beautifully restored 1886 schoolhouse, and offers a vibrant mix of gallery exhibitions, professional live music series, instructional arts classes, summer arts camps and special events for all ages.

There are also exceptional community events taking place over the holidays. The Aurora Christmas Market , in Aurora Town Park just down the street from River Ridge, takes place from Dec. 3 to 5 and again from Dec. 10 to 12. Take part in activities virtually or in-person to experience festive entertainment and delicious treats, as well as a fire juggling show and workshops.

Next Stop, Milton

Next Stop, Milton

Next Stop, Milton

Once a rural part of Halton Region, Milton is now one of the most rapidly growing communities in Canada. So, why are so many people choosing to live here?

Famous for its natural attractions, the community is also situated in a prime location with great offerings. Residents have access to schools, shopping, and recreation like world class hiking and golf courses. The new Milton Transit On-Demand service connects residents to all of these.

Real Estate & Living

Between Milton’s historical charm and the growing community’s adaptiveness, development has flourished over the past decade. Being just south of highway 401, most residential areas have easy access to the major arteries of the GTA.

Milton is also located at the base of the Niagara Escarpment which is home to spectacular trails and views such as Rattlesnake Point and Hilton Falls. Spend your weekends with the family at one of Milton’s local farms such as Terre Bleu Lavender Farm. You can also hike, fish and camp in the summer, and in the winter, ski, snowshoe, or go ice fishing.

New Transit System

A new on-demand transit service has just been launched that will allow Milton residents to book shared rides using a mobile app. Currently, the program is being tested in the Boyne Zone 1, a region that’s home to Trinity Point’s new community at Bronte and Britannia. It is expected to expand across the city following the pilot. Visit Milton Transit OnDemand to learn more.

Aligned with Trinity Point and Its Core Values

This on-demand service will be a huge benefit for future residents of the Bronte and Britannia community. At Trinity Point, each community is carefully selected to ensure the best environment for its future residents and in a flourishing neighborhood. Prior to choosing this development, extensive research was performed to familiarize themselves with the area and acknowledge the benefit of the Milton Go Station nearby. The city’s embrace of new technology also aligns with Trinity Point’s key values—Connectivity, Active Public Realm, Targeted Retail, and Placemaking.

Sharewell is built around Trinity Point’s 5 Core Values

What matters most to you when buying a new home? Is it location? Who you’re buying from? Nearby amenities? Or is it the home itself?

At Trinity Point Developments, we take a deep dive into what makes a true mixed-use community. Through this approach, we have formed 5 core values that inform our design and architecture for all of our communities; Connectivity, Permeability, Active Public Realm & Targeted Retail, Curated Amenities, and Placemaking.

Keele Major Mackenzie
Connectivity

Connectivity

At our Sharewell community at Keele Street and Major Mackenzie Drive in Vaughan, residents are connected to the community of Maple, the surrounding city and the Greater Toronto Area. With Hwy 400, a newly renovated Maple GO station, and York Region Transit at its front door, it will be easier than ever to commute to and from Sharewell. The design of the community, together with its strategic location, provides for and reinforces opportunities for connectivity.

Permeability

Permeability

A pedestrian mews has been incorporated, which encourages walkability to the active public realm and retail options along Keele Street from the covered commercial parking area at the rear. The covered commercial parking also provides protection from the elements for customers that would like to shop and experience the public areas at Sharewell.

Active Public Realm

Active Public Realm & Targeted Retail

Sharewell will also be the site of vibrant street retail carefully selected to cater to the needs of Maple’s residents. This new retail scene is designed to attract people from both the immediate area and neighbouring communities. Nearby, there are also plenty of dining and grocery shopping options, trails and parks, a local library, Vaughan City Hall, and the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital

Curated Amenities

Curated Amenities

Sharewell’s U-shaped architecture frames a communal area at its centre. The outdoor amenity deck is the heart of the development and offers a range of both active and passive spaces. This communal area, together with the contiguous with the indoor amenity areas create a place for residents to gather for interaction, physical activity, and leisure.

Placemaking

Placemaking

Lastly, Sharewell is designed to foster overall public health, happiness and wellness. This is placemaking. The synergy of all of our applied 5core values produce quality public spaces, strengthen its community identity, and benefit our resident’s everyday lifestyle and functionality.

Sharewell: The Next Step in Maple’s Heritage

Sharewell: The Next Step in Maple’s Heritage

Trinity Point’s new community, Sharewell is in the historic core of the former Village of Maple on Keele Street. With anticipated growth in the GTA, the city’s Heritage Conservation District is expected to evolve through future development. New communities will need to work to preserve the existing character of the district, defined in large part by its heritage architecture and streetscape.

The city of Vaughan has developed a plan to ensure the area is a dynamic and positive place to live, work, and play through its culture, design, streetscapes, landscapes, and architecture. We at Trinity Point are excited to be a part of the next step in this rich heritage.

Maple’s historic district is made up of long-standing residential structures, places of worship, and commercial establishments that cater to the needs of many residents who have settled in the community for a number of years. As growth continues, new development builds on the benefits of urban living while preserving the area’s historical charm

Sharewell accomplishes that by integrating high-end amenity spaces and ground-level retail space. Its thoughtful design allows residents to enjoy the wider area while respecting the deep-rooted lifestyles that come from an established heritage district. This community presents a unique form of development by upholding long-standing values while displaying contemporary design ideas.

At Trinity Point, we have developed an innovative method and multi-dimensional design process that distinguish us from our competition. Our commitment is tied to our Core Values, allowing homeowners from all walks of life to experience the highest quality and craftsmanship.

A “Made For Me” Community

5 May 2022

A “Made For Me” Community

Elements at Bronte Street South and Britannia Road in Milton is a community designed to bring you closer to what matters.

This innovative, mixed use community features six models of townhomes to choose from, as well as suites at three mid-rises. There’s also a full range of commercial and retail space, as well as indoor and outdoor amenities, and a linear park that acts as the heart of the development, providing a central feature for future residents.

Trinity Point designed Elements with our five core values in mind. Here’s what that looks like.

Connectivity

The crescent shaped road design will allow for the seamless flow traffic into, out of, and throughout the community. Elements is well connected to major roadways such as 407 and 401 and is in proximity to a variety of amenities.

Permeability

Elements was designed primarily as a pedestrian friendly community. The strategic architecture offers intervals in the built form providing gateway opportunities. The design frames a communal area at its centre and provides a range of common-area offerings which create a richer community experience. Paved cross-walks create a network throughout the urban development, allowing residents to move freely to every point of interest.

Active Public Realm & Targeted Retail

The at-grade retail will front Bronte Street creating an accessible, convenient set of amenities selected to cater to the needs of Milton’s residents. This new retail scene is designed to attract people from both the immediate area and neighbouring communities.

Curated Amenities

Versatile mid-rise buildings will offer residents with indoor ground floor amenity and townhomes will provide residents with private rooftop amenity. These spaces create a livable environment for residents and provide a richer opportunity for lounging.

Placemaking

Elements is designed to foster overall public health, happiness and wellness. This is placemaking. We achieve this through the synergy of all of our 5 core values which are applied to produce quality public spaces, strengthen its community identity and benefit our resident’s everyday lifestyle and functionality. Elements is creating spaces that encourage people to get outside, take part in activities, and explore the surrounding area.

Red Oaks - A Lifestyle Just Right For You

10 January 2022

Red Oaks - A Lifestyle Just Right For You

What comes to mind when you think of a red oak tree? Its colours and vibrancy? Its sturdiness? At our new Red Oaks community located at Bayview Avenue & Elgin Mills Road in Richmond Hill, we have used these characteristics as inspiration for our designs.

Exceptional 41’, 45’, and 60’ single-detached homes feature beautiful contemporary exteriors, prestigious interiors, world-class decor, and a wide selection of features and finishes.

Upon entry, homeowners are welcomed by a gas fireplace and a natural oak staircase. The main floor also features oak hardwood, with ceramic tile options for the kitchen, washroom, foyer, and mudroom. The open-concept kitchen contains an under-mounted double bowl sink and the homeowner’s choice of granite countertops. Upstairs, the spa-like master ensuite includes a free-standing soaker tub and glass shower.

But, perhaps most importantly, we chose this location and designed this community in accordance with the core values that make our homes unique.

Connectivity

Red Oaks has plenty of offerings within walking distance. Schools such as Toronto Montessori, Holy Trinity, HG Bernard Public School, and Richmond Hill High School are just a few nearby options.

The Richmond Hill Go station and Highway 404 are also located less than a 5-minute drive away making it easier to get into downtown Toronto. Mackenzie Health Hospital, a top-tier healthcare facility, is just a couple blocks away from Red Oaks.

Permeability

The community was designed to enhance the exposure to the extensive surrounding green space, with some homes on ravine lots. There will also be nearby parks and outdoor amenities.

Active Public Realm & Targeted Retail

Residents can also enjoy neighboring shops, recreation, and dining options. Some nearby publicly owned retail stores include: Starbucks, Hilcrest Mall, Nonna’s Oven, Walmart, and Costco.

Curated Amenities

The Richmond Green Sports Complex and Park nearby feature an indoor sports dome, state-of-the-art skateboarding park, seasonal bocce courts, three outdoor soccer fields, seven baseball diamonds, a basketball court, water play park, an outdoor amphitheater, and more. In the winter, parts of the Richmond Green Heritage Walk become an outdoor skating trail in addition to the two ice rinks indoors. Red Oaks is also located near some of the best golf courses in the area including Richmond Hill Golf Course.

Placemaking

There are also community offerings that homeowners can enjoy such as the opportunity to have your own family picnic in Richmond Green Park and live performances at the Richmond Hill Performing Arts Centre.

Red Oaks is coming in 2022. Register for priority information at trinitypoint.com and live out a lifestyle just right for you.
